Delivery & Shipping
At ZAR Jewellery, every order is carefully prepared, checked and beautifully packaged before it leaves our London studio. We take the same care with delivery as we do with creating each piece.
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.
UK Delivery
We offer two delivery options:
Standard Delivery — £4.95
Our standard UK delivery service costs £4.95 for orders under £100.
Orders of £100 or more qualify for complimentary standard delivery.
Standard delivery is normally expected within 3–5 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Next Working Day Delivery — £9.95
For customers who need their jewellery sooner, Next Working Day Delivery is available for £9.95 on eligible orders.
Next Working Day Delivery applies to the delivery period after your order has been prepared and dispatched. It does not reduce the preparation time required for handmade, made-to-order or personalised pieces.
If you are ordering for a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can advise you on the expected timeframe.
Preparing Your Order
Many ZAR Jewellery pieces are handmade, individually finished or prepared specifically for your order. We therefore take a little extra time to make sure that every piece meets our standards before it is dispatched.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, please allow up to 10 working days for order preparation before dispatch.
The preparation time and delivery time are separate.
For example, if your product requires up to 10 working days to prepare, the delivery period begins once the order has been completed and dispatched.
Where a product has a specific preparation or production time, the timeframe shown on that product page will apply.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in the dispatch confirmation so that you can follow your parcel.
Please note that tracking information may take a short time to become active after the parcel has been collected by the delivery provider.
Orders for Special Occasions
We understand that jewellery is often purchased for an important moment.
If you are ordering for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, engagement or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
If you have a specific date by which you need your jewellery, please contact us before ordering. We will always do our best to advise you on the most suitable delivery option and whether your requested date is achievable.
Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
Delivery Delays
We work with trusted delivery providers and always aim to meet the estimated delivery times stated above.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause a delay. These can include severe weather, courier disruption, public holidays, strikes or other unexpected service interruptions.
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to check the tracking information and assist you.
UK Delivery Only
ZAR Jewellery currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We are not currently offering international delivery, but we may expand our delivery service in the future.

When determining your ring size, consider the following factors:
- Daily Variations: Finger size can fluctuate throughout the day due to temperature and physical activity.
- Avoid Cold Hands: Measuring your size when your hands are cold may result in a size that’s too small, as fingers tend to shrink in colder conditions.
- Ring Band Width: Wider bands may feel tighter than thinner ones. For wider rings, consider selecting a size slightly larger than your usual fit.
- Comfortable Fit: Your ring should fit snugly to ensure it stays securely on your finger but still be easy to slide over your knuckle.

Please note that rings made outside our standard size range are custom orders and are non-refundable or exchangeable. While we can resize any ring if needed, a small fee may apply.
